Coordinates government not to carry out the mandate
The Supreme Court has given a between time request today coordinating the public authority not to execute the Nepali Citizenship (First Amendment) law.
The conference on the writ request against the Nepali Citizenship (First Amendment) law at the Supreme Court occurred today. The underlying hearing on the writ had occurred on June 4 and the pinnacle court hosted called both the gatherings today.
A sacred seat headed by Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana was shaped to hear the writ. Different individuals from the seat were Justices Deepak Kumar Karki, Meera Khadka, Hari Krishna Karki, and Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada.
Senior promoter Borna Bahadur Karki and supporters Bishnu Kumari Giri, Ram Bahadur Shahi, Kul Bahadur Bogati, Bir Bhadra Joshi, alongside representative secretary general of Maulik Jarokilo Party Laxman Pokharel had recorded the writ request against the mandate. The Office of the Prime Minister and the Office of President were the respondents to the writ.
