An extraordinary airplane of the Australian Defense Force conveying fundamental clinical supplies to help Nepal in its battle against COVID-19 pandemic arrived at Kathmandu today.
The shipment comprising of covers, gloves and coveralls were given over to Lieutenant General Prabhu Ram Sharma, Chief of General Staff of the Nepali Army by the Ambassador of Australia to Nepal, Felicity Volk, in the midst of a short service held at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
An agent of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also was available on the event. The Government of Nepal has appreciated and expressed gratitude toward the Government of Australia for this significant help, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed giving an official statement.
